Dr David Pryor - Radiation Oncologist

Special interests include gastrointestinal cancers, urological cancers, soft tissue tumours (sarcomas) and the use of highly focused stereotactic body radiotherapy

Dr David Pryor is a Radiation Oncologist practising at Greenslopes Private Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital.

He is actively involved in clinical and translational research through the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Trans Tasman Radiation Oncology Group (TROG), Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer Trials Group (ANZUP) and the Australasian GastroIntestinal Trials Group (AGITG). He is also a member of the Australian Sarcoma Study Group (ASSG).  He currently co-chairs the TROG urological oncology research subcommittee.

Dr Pryor also maintains an active role in education as Director of  Training in Radiation Oncology at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Senior Lecturer with the University of Queensland School of Medicine and as an Examiner and member of the curriculum review committee for the Faculty of Radiation Oncology within the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists.
